Suitable for cleaning the rind of cheese for packaging. Automatic machine for simple and thorough cleaning of cheeses. Designed for cleaning the crust, with an adjustable depth level based on the result you want to obtain.

For the grater: performs a deep and particularly thorough cleaning.
For sale in slices or pieces: performs a lighter cleaning, without excess waste.

It cleans about 350/400 wheels of Parmigiano Reggiano type cheese per day.

Electro-pneumatic machine, powered at 380V.

Supplied complete with:

  • Loading and unloading roller conveyor (6 forms of Parmesan type cheese and grana both in entry and in exit).

  • Carter for the complete protection of the machine.

  • N ° 10 brushes for lateral cleaning of the forms.

  • N ° 2 keys for brushes replacement.
