I am Pietro Bartoli, President of Caseartecnica Bartoli.

The company was founded in the early 1960s with the invention and production of wheel agitators for conical double bottoms by the founders of Caseartecnica: Bruno and Giovanni Bartoli. Starting in the 1980s, the production of milk receptions and machines for washing and emptying the cans began, which was accompanied, in the following years, by the production of propeller stirrers. In this same period, the first manual machines for cutting cheese were produced. A sector that, over time, has undergone continuous evolution thanks to the introduction, starting from the early 2000s, of automatic machines for cutting cheese.

Today, our solutions go to almost all the dairies producing Parmigiano Reggiano and Grana Padano, without neglecting packers and delicatessens, up to large-scale distribution.

We are the suppliers of the realities that for any need need to cut any hard and semi-hard cheese with a predetermined weight.
